Fraud notice.
People sometimes pretend to act for investment firms to obtain money or personal data. This is how WintWuest Capital contacts people – and what it never does.

How the firm contacts you
E-mail comes only from addresses ending in @ww-c.ch. The website is ww-c.ch, the client portal clients.ww-c.ch, the telephone number +41 55 611 50 50.
The firm's name is written WintWuest Capital, as one word. Messages from similar-looking names or addresses are not from the firm.
What the firm never does
- Ask for passwords, one-time codes or remote access to your computer.
- Ask you to pay money to a personal account, a crypto wallet or any third party.
- Promise returns, or press you with offers that expire within hours.
- Approach you about an investment through social media or messaging apps.
- Change payment instructions by e-mail. Subscription instructions come only with the fund's offering documents.
If in doubt
Do not reply, click links, open attachments or pay. Call the firm on +41 55 611 50 50 – the number on this page, not one given in the message – and forward the message to inquiries@ww-c.ch.
If you have already sent money or data, contact your bank and the police at once.
