Entities and registration
WintWuest Capital GP I Ltd is the general partner and manager of WintWuest Capital Fund LP. Both are Cayman Islands entities, based in George Town.
Registration of both with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) is in progress. No registration is claimed until it is granted.
The Swiss entity in Zug is a holding company. It provides no investment advice or management.
