What the firm receives
What you send. The forms «Request an introduction» and «Request access» send your name, organisation, e-mail address, investor type, jurisdiction where asked, your message and your confirmation of qualified status. E-mails to the firm arrive with the details they contain.
Technical data. When you open a page, the hosting provider records technical data in its server logs – IP address, date and time, page requested, browser – to deliver the site and keep it secure.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and all other files come from the firm's own domain; no content from other sites is loaded.
Why
To answer your inquiry, to decide whether fund materials may be provided to you, to keep the records the law requires, and to operate and secure the website.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, the legal bases are steps taken at your request before a possible contract, the firm's legitimate interest in answering inquiries and securing the site, and legal obligations.
Who processes data for the firm
Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts the website and delivers the forms. Microsoft (Microsoft 365) provides e-mail and document storage. Both act on the firm's instructions and are bound by data protection agreements.
Transfers to countries without equivalent data protection are made on the basis of recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses. Personal data is not sold or passed on for marketing.
How long
Inquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted two years after the last contact at the latest, unless the law requires longer. Server logs are kept for the short period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You may ask what data the firm holds about you, and have it corrected, deleted or restricted; you may object to its use and receive it in a common format. Write to inquiries@ww-c.ch.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the Cayman Islands the Ombudsman, in the EU the authority of your country.
Security and changes
The site is served only over encrypted connections. Access to inquiries is limited to the team, with two-step sign-in. This notice is updated when processing changes; the date above shows the current version.
